Colorado Homegrown Tales is committed to exploring the work of local writers,
through the medium of theatre. We present programs of selected short stories,
organized around a theme or an author, read aloud by professional actors. You’ll
discover stories that will delight and move you, written by talented and national-
award-winning authors from our own backyard!

A Little Frayed at the Edge

Just in time for tax season! Oh, not really (but that's a good idea...maybe next year...) - the frayed edges in these stories have absolutely nothing to do with money, but rather the capacity of the human heart. Take a break from paperwork and news stories about the economy, and join us for dramatic readings of stories whose characters are doing their best to deal with what life has thrown their way. As always, tickets are only $10. A Little Frayed at the Edge Take a walk with some characters navigating the edge between despair and determination. Sometimes the most intriguing stories are found in the margins, with intimacies and relationships that occur between the lines. Authors include Lynn Hamilton, Laura Hendrie, and Jenny Meyer; stories will be read by local actors Ann Flynn, Debbie Knapp, and Guy Williams.
